Encore's leadership team is experienced in building and managing a professional services consulting firm.


PETER MAURO, President, CEO

As the founder of Encore, Pete has over 25 years of IT consulting experience with responsibilities in all facets of the consulting business, including sales, delivery, and management. His primary responsibilities throughout his career have included building new branches of consulting companies, developing new geographic and vertical market sales territories, and reorganizing and managing underperforming branches to profitability.


FRANCIS L. LALIBERTE, Vice President of Operations

Fran is responsible for aligning the skills of the Encore consultants with the skills required by the strategic services offered by Encore. With over 25 years of IT experience at both the executive strategic and technical tactical levels, Fran brings his senior management skills, knowledge of systems integration and entrepreneurial skills to Encore.


NANCY WITTMAN-MAURO, CPA and CFO

With over 25 years accounting experience, Nancy directs all financial activities, including accounting, accounting policy and procedures, tax planning, cash-flow planning, business financial planning, corporate finance, and compliance reporting.


RICHARD JOHNSON, PMP, Director of Professional Services

Rick is Director of Project Management and Business Process Services responsible for defining and delivering the service offerings that comprise the Functional Project Management Service Offering of Encore. Rick has over 20 years of expertise in project management and business process improvement.


DAVID GILBERT, PMP, Director of Professional Services

Dave has over 21 years of experience in all areas of system development and project management, including relational database technology, web-based applications, portals and ERP systems. In addition to providing technical and project management services to clients, he is responsible for strengthening business partnerships, training and career development for staff consultants.


JEFF KASPZYK, Director of Professional Services

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in all areas of the software development life cycle process for both packaged software companies and IT-based projects.  In addition to providing advisory and technical services to clients, he is responsible for building business partnerships and alliances, developing curriculum for internal training, and guiding career development for staff consultants. 


SUSAN KING-SCHREIBER, MBA, SPHR, Director of Human Resources and Recruiting

Susan brings over 25 years of experience leading all facets of Human Resources at the executive level -- from talent acquisition to organizational development, performance improvement and employee / labor relations.  She has successfully led strategic planning with business development and marketing initiatives, and has a record of achieving results through skillful consultation, negotiation and operational expertise.   She ensures that Encore is making the best match between client need and resource skill.    


STEVEN W. WILT, Business Consulting Practice Leader

Steve is responsible for the growth and success of Encore's Business Consulting Practice. Over 25 years in engineering, management and business-technology consulting, Steve has demonstrated success improving the performance of various organizations. He is a thought-leader in fostering enterprise-wide innovation with proven expertise in developing and instituting business, operating and technology strategies that enable sustainable marketplace advantage.
