The Project Manager facilitates the completion of information technology systems development projects. Projects typically span several organizations across the enterprise and deal with multiple IT platforms. Works closely with internal infrastructure teams and application development partners to fully understand their requirements and define expectations. Following a disciplined project management methodology, accountable for the detailed planning of steps and resources needed to meet the objective. Monitors and prepares reports to ensure work is progressing to meet the deliverables on time and under budget. In a matrix relationship, manages a team of technical support professionals who support a wide range of systems and products that supports the infrastructure environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years experience as an IT Project Manager
Must have experience in a PM role for large complex, high-profile INFRASTRUCTURE projects
Must have quality presentation skills and experience in presenting complex plans and designs to executive level management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PMP CERTIFICATION A PLUS!
