SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Asset management experience (between 5 -10 years)
- Project experience with trading, investment accounting, fund administration applications and processes
- Process mapping experience in above environments
- Ideally experience of trust management environments
- SOX-level documentation * ideally audit experience
GENERAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Broad knowledge of IT, including experience in Business Systems Analysis, Change Management and large scale Program Management
- Solid understanding of business requirements: working with business users to define technical and process requirements
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Effective project management skills; Create detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, project schedules, costs, and risk management plans. Monitor and report on project progress, including, cost, schedule, earned value analysis, issues and project risks
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, partnering with resources to achieve results through others
- Strong, professional work ethic
