Experience in Architecture and Planning at a high level with knowledge of the HR and Technology space.
Should have experience in the following:
-Technology (Websphere, Oracle, etc.)
-HR (Peoplesoft HCM, EPM, Succession planning, Recruiting etc.)
-Corporate Services (Portals, Vendor management, Security systems, etc.)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete Qualify Work (QW) and Annual Planning analysis and deliverables for the various Corporate Services initiatives. Identify and assess the necessary investment alternatives, in terms of effort, cost, and time, in order to support the defined business goals within the range of the business benefits. The intent is for the Qualify Work process to identify a goal on the amount of investment that is believed to be required and warranted in order to attain the goals and benefits of the business. Ensure the request aligns with strategic business objectives and financial targets, and that the benefit drives the investment opportunity and the risks associated with implementing the request. Develop presentation suitable for delivery to senior management.
